SMALL LNG CARRIER

It is a small LNG carrier that is equipped with 1 to 2 cylindrical tanks for the transportation of semi-pressurized/fully refrigerated liquefied natural gas along the coast and river. The ship can be also equipped with the reliquefying system which can reliquefy the BOG to keep the temperature and pressure. Besides LNG, the ship can also carry ethylene, LPG, VC and so on.
The small LNG carrier can receive the cargoes from the large LNG carrier and unload the liquefied cargoes by the deep well pump in the tanks through the unloading arm and vapor return arm. The small LNG carrier can both unite the large LNG receiving terminations with the other coastal and river areas to form an integrative LNG logistics chain, and adjust between the large LNG receiving terminations to ensure the continuous and stable LNG supply.

MULTI-SERVICE VESSEL

DS624 Multi-service Vessel is kind of new deep ocean working vessel developed by our company according to the current development of the offshore engineering technology and the exploration of the deep ocean resources. Having the excellent anti-rolling ability and being equipped with the dynamic positioning system, the vessel can satisfy ABS-DPS II. With sufficient deck area, different offshore engineering equipments are able to be arranged on deck to support the works on sea. The vessel to be provided with a moon pool on the hull structure. On the deck, a crane of large hoisting capacity is arranged, and the position for the installation of “A” frame and winch is reserved. In the vessel, the cargo water tank, cargo oil tank, drilling water/ballast water tank and eight (8) P-tanks as well as four (4) mud tanks are arranged.

DIVING SUPPORT VESSEL

The diving support vessel is kind of new deep ocean working vessel developed by our company according to the current development of the offshore engineering technology and the exploration of the deep ocean resources. Having the excellent anti-rolling ability and being equipped with the dynamic positioning system, the vessel can satisfy ABS-DPS II. With sufficient deck area, different offshore engineering equipments are able to be arranged on deck to support the works on sea. The large lifting capacity crane is arranged on the deck. The cargo water tank, cargo oil tank, drilling water/ballast water tank, two (2) P-tanks as well as four (4) mud tanks are arranged. The vessel can provide accommodation for 202p.
The vessel to be of all-welded steel structure, with the mixed framing system. It has the bulbous bow and continuous main deck, with five layers of superstructure and helideck at bow, and platform deck under main deck. The vessel to be of double-bottom and double-shell structure except in way of bow, stern and engine room, with the main deck having no camber or sheer. Two (2) sets of electric-driven 360o azimuth thruster to be provided at stern for the main propulsion of the vessel. Three (3) tunnel thrusters to be installed at bow. It is deck cargo area at the rear end of the main deck. Two (2) positioning working anchors to be arranged on the after deck.
The main purposes of the vessel are as follows:
(1) Support the oil well fracturing, acidizing and other oil production increase works;
(2) Platform support
(3) Offshore construction support

BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

The International Convention for the Control and Management of Ship’s Ballast Water and Sediments aims to prevent, minimize and ultimately eliminate the transfer of harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens through the control and management of ships’ ballast water and sediments. It was adopted under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in London in 2004. The Convention enters into force 12 months after ratification by 30 States, representing 35% of world merchant shipping tonnage.。
The ballast water treatment system unites the mechanical filtration with the UV-light. Its characteristics are no chemicals, no secondary pollution, high efficiency, low cost, long life cycle, large water quantity, clean and so on.
